We thoroughly research each and every product to insure the highest quality, wholesomeness and safety. Although we recognize that no matter how hard we try, we may not "always" please every person that purchases from us. We will guarantee that you never spend money here on anything that you are not happy with. We will always cheerfully refund the purchase price upon the return of the any product with which you are not 100% satisfied, except treats. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery in it's original condition. We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after purchase. Of course, we will also gladly exchange any product that you may not be satisfied with (within 30 days of purchase). When items are returned, we do not refund shipping. You will need to pay for return shipping also.

I don't normally write to companies I buy from, however, in this age when everyone seems to be complaining about customer service I feel compelled to let you know how absolutely pleased I am with my experience with your company. After searching many web sites, I found your products priced substantially lower than your competitors. Then to top that, I ordered online Sunday night and today, (Wednesday), I received my order! I have NEVER received an order that quickly! I also appreciated the email confirmations of my order and then when my products were shipped.
