Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir
thoroughly.
- Spray pan with a non-stick spray and pour blended
mix in pan.
- Cook in microwave for 2½ minutes.
- Remove pan and let it cool for 10 minutes before
removing pupcakes
