Postal Rates have been increasing rapidly with the latest
increase on January 27th, 2013.
- We will ship your order on the next business
day, except Saturday or Sunday. For products
that we cannot ship on the next day, the shipping time will be clearly
indicated on that product page.
U.S. orders (including Hawaii and Alaska) are shipped via Priority Mail or U.P.S.
Most items are shipped via Priority "only"
(we do believe that it is the most cost effective
for our customers) unless otherwise noted on the product page.

- The cost will
be displayed on-line
during check-out, and your approval
is necessary before any purchase is finalized.
- Please Note: Effective January 1, 2004, Ohio law
requires that we charge sales tax on shipping and handling costs to all
customers residing in Ohio.
- Receipt is usually within 2-4 business days from the date of shipment
(in the U.S.) via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
- If you'd like to make
special shipping arrangements, please
email us. We will try to accommodate you.
- We will ship only very large quantity
and/or very heavy orders UPS or Fed Ex, ground.
- Most orders outside the U.S.
will be shipped via Priority Mail except very small orders,
which will ship via U.S.P.S. Air Mail.
- There is never any
additional Shipping/handling charge above those listed in the
the charts below when paying by Certified Check or Money Order
(No Personal Checks Accepted). Apply the appropriate shipping/handling cost to your total

We ship our products
via Priority Mail. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated and
displayed for your approval before you submit payment on-line. If
you are purchasing off-line or would like to review these shipping rates,
please reference the chart above. We believe that U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail is the most efficient and cost effective for our customers. All orders are shipped at 9:00 a.m. the next business day after the
order is placed (Monday through Friday). Orders cannot be shipped on
Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
We try to insure that all items listed on our website are
in-stock for immediate delivery. If an item is out-of-stock, we
either remove it from the site or post a message to advise you.
There are rare exceptions when we are caught off-guard. Should
that occur, and an item is not in-stock, we will notify you via Email.

approve of this practice, and we will never engage in it. Any information that you provide to us, is secure

7.0% sales tax (Ohio residents only) will be added at check out.
Returns and Exchanges
If your order arrived damaged, is defective or we sent the wrong item, email us at email@example.com.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase for any of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it in new condition (with it's original packaging, bags, no signs of wear, tear or teeth marks). We'll refund your original purchase price.
Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable, you will be charged actual shipping costs. We cannot issue a credit if the item has been used and/or damaged. If items are damaged on their return trip to us, we cannot make a refund - we recommend you purchase insurance at the time of shipping. Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping--or returned as undeliverable--will be treated as a return.
- Treats: Treats that come in their own package and have been opened are not returnable. We carry only treats and food that are tested and approved by the official "Good Dog" Treat Tester! Please order one package at first to see if your dog likes it. If your dog doesn't like it, pass it on to a favorite friend.
- General Return Policy: If the item smells like dog, looks like it's been used or played with by a dog, is dirty, or in a condition we cannot sell as new, we will not provide a refund.
- Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply place an order online for the correct item(s) and return the items that you don't want in their original condition. We'll credit your card for the returned items.
Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice/packing slip. If you do not have your original invoice/packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; (if different) ship-to name, address and phone number; order number.
Please indicate your reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
We recommend that you insure all returns and exchanges and ship via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
