Our site is not designed with a lot of frills, interactive content, or graphics. They tend to slow down page loading, and can make navigation cumbersome.  Although we are on-line, we continue to adhere to "old fashion" business principles.  We focus our time and our efforts on providing customer service, insuring up-to-date content, and procurement of the finest products available.

We do not use gimmicks or deceptive advertising, and we always make every effort to insure that we never, ever, mislead our shoppers.  We are obviously, not one of those pet super stores. We offer a selection of products that you won't find there.  We also offer something that is fast becoming a rare commodity, Great Customer Service!  Our success depends upon our customers returning again and again.  We display our toll-free number on all of our main pages, as well as an e-mail address, should you ever need to contact us about anything! We are always accessible, and given the opportunity, we will always work hard to prove our integrity!  We are registered with the Better Business Bureau in Akron, Ohio.  Please understand that our normal office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST daily.  However, should you miss us, simply leave a message and we will promptly return your call.  We respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible.

When you enter our store, you will find a search link and a link back to our home page at the top of all store pages.  Our store pages are categorized with a list of products in each category. To view a more detailed description and a picture of an individual product, simply click on the product name at any category page.  Doing so, will provide you with the product page that includes a detailed description, and a picture of the product. To purchase a product, simply click on the button provided.  You can then click the "continue shopping" button to view other products and continue shopping OR click  the "checkout" button.   The check-out process will involve entering your billing information, and shipping information (if shipping to a different location).  We are required "by law" to charge sales tax ONLY if you reside in the State Of Ohio.  You will then be taken to the SECURE check-out page where you will enter your credit card information. Please be assured that any information entered here by you is secure and cannot be viewed by anyone. Also, be assured that while browsing through our store, it is not possible to accidentally make a purchase.  Purchases will not be completed until all order and credit card information is entered, confirmed, and submitted to us. You will always receive a confirmation that your order has been processed, and another when it is shipped.  Should you so desire, we will be happy to cancel any order before it is shipped if you change your mind.
