shopping experience! I had visited several other sites before finding
yours, and every one of them had a "minimum order" policy which required
that I buy more than I needed just to reach that minimum, or I would be
charged an outrageous fee for not reaching that minimum. Your site was
the only one I could find that did not require a minimum order, and your
prices and shipping charges are very
reasonable. I will continue to shop at your site and will also
recommend it to all of my clients and every other pet lover that I
know. :-)

Boy, am I happy! I placed my order on
Friday, and according to your policy, it was not scheduled to go out
until this morning (Monday). I was pleased to receive a shipment
notification Saturday, and even more so to receive my order today! Not
sure if this is holiday expedience or what, but it is a pleasure to do
business with such a competent company. The shipping cost was very
reasonable as well; I paid $18 for priority S&H for a couple of cookie
cutters from another site!! I will definitely use or recommend your site
for any future doggie or cat merchandise needs. Thanks again!!

sites, they do not compare to your site, in any way. I will be a

Just a quick note to let you know
that everything arrived today. The red
chinese take-out containers are FABULOUS, and I think they are going
to be a
big hit. I put the magnet on the refrigerator and will undoubtedly
be back to Good Dog Express at some point in the near future.

I don't normally write to companies I buy from, however, in this
age when everyone seems to be complaining about customer service I
feel compelled to let you know how absolutely pleased I am with my
experience with your company. After searching many web sites, I
found your products priced substantially lower than your
competitors. Then to top that, I ordered online Sunday night and
today, (Wednesday), I received my order! I have NEVER received an
order that quickly! I also appreciated the email confirmations of my
order and then when my products were shipped.
I will definitely be ordering again and everyone I know will hear
about Good Dog Express!
