We began with a focus
on providing specific pet foods, both locally and on the internet. As
pet lovers and owners of pets with health problems, we began researching
dog food and treats many years ago. We learned that often,
ingredients included diseased animals, by-products and fillers (with little
or no nutritional value), waste fats from restaurant grease traps and
in some cases, only animal parts that humans do not consider to be food.
It was with this knowledge that we made a
decision to find the most wholesome and the healthiest treats and food
available. We soon discovered that it was difficult to find truly
wholesome, natural and human grade treats & food (although
somewhat more plentiful now, as people are becoming more aware in this
information age). While there are many manufacturers claiming to
offer quality, we often found-out otherwise. The ingredient list
and the packaging may look "very good", until you discover that some or
all of the ingredients are considered "not fit for human consumption".
Most manufacturers do not volunteer that information. There really
are many factors to consider when wholesome-looking ingredients are not
fit for human consumption (spoiled, contaminated.....?) Whatever
the case, we felt that our pets deserved better.

we recognize that no matter how hard we try, we may not "always" please every person that purchases from us. We will guarantee that you never spend money here on anything that you are

purchase price upon the return of the any product with which you are not 100% satisfied,
except treats.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of
delivery in it's original condition. We cannot accept returns more
than 30 days after purchase. Of
course, we will also gladly exchange any product that you
may not be satisfied with (within 30 days of purchase). When items are returned, we do not refund shipping. You
will need to pay for return shipping also.
No Print Catalog
We do not have a printed catalog.
Due to the fact that we add new products and change products often,
it would be very difficult, if not impossible to maintain an
up-to-date printed catalog. It would also be expensive, and we
would not want to pass that expense along to our customers.
