When you order from us, we won't leave you hanging like so many other E-retailers. Generally, If we can't ship it immediately, we don't sell it! While we do carry a very few products that we cannot ship immediately, this fact is clearly stated on the product page so that you are aware before you order. We also keep you informed with an Email to confirm shipping, and we respond to all inquiries immediately! We also provide a toll-free phone number for orders, to answer your questions, or to respond to your concerns. We began with a focus on providing specific pet foods, both locally and on the internet. As pet lovers and owners of pets with health problems, we began researching dog food and treats many years ago. We learned that often, ingredients included diseased animals, by-products and fillers (with little or no nutritional value), waste fats from restaurant grease traps and in some cases, only animal parts that humans do not consider to be food. It was with this knowledge that we made a decision to find the most wholesome and the healthiest treats and food available. We soon discovered that it was difficult to find truly wholesome, natural and human grade treats & food (although somewhat more plentiful now, as people are becoming more aware in this information age). While there are many manufacturers claiming to offer quality, we often found-out otherwise. The ingredient list and the packaging may look "very good", until you discover that some or all of the ingredients are considered "not fit for human consumption". Most manufacturers do not volunteer that information. There really are many factors to consider when wholesome-looking ingredients are not fit for human consumption (spoiled, contaminated.....?) Whatever the case, we felt that our pets deserved better. As we discovered more and more healthy and truly wholesome food and treats, we decided we could make them available to everyone. However, we quickly learned that due to the weight of dog food, "shipping costs" made the price of the highest quality dog foods somewhat prohibitive on the internet. Therefore, we are offering only the absolute best quality treats. Treats that you can feel good about feeding your dog, and treats that we can feel good about selling, at a very competitive price. The check-out process will involve entering your billing information, and shipping information (if shipping to a different location). We thoroughly research each and every product to insure the highest quality, wholesomeness and safety. Although we recognize that no matter how hard we try, we may not "always" please every person that purchases from us. We will guarantee that you never spend money here on anything that you are not happy with. We will always cheerfully refund the purchase price upon the return of the any product with which you are not 100% satisfied, except treats. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery in it's original condition. We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after purchase. Of course, we will also gladly exchange any product that you may not be satisfied with (within 30 days of purchase). When items are returned, we do not refund shipping. You will need to pay for return shipping also.
No Print Catalog
We do not have a printed catalog. Due to the fact that we add new products and change products often, it would be very difficult, if not impossible to maintain an up-to-date printed catalog. It would also be expensive, and we would not want to pass that expense along to our customers. |
